Given an Interview for PWC AC Associate role and got positive feedback. What compensation should i ask for?

Current : 8.5lpa+ variable(mostly 15% and above in May Month end).

Im a Analyst at Deloitte USI, may or may not get promotion this year , If promoted minimum 35/40% hike else 20/25% .Keeping this also in mind what is the maximum for PWC AC associate role.. pls repsond

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.
