Going on maternity leave in a few weeks. I received performance rating ‘sometimes meets’ which doesn’t reflect my work. I have gone beyond and above delivering all kpis on time and servicing clients. My boss said his rating was downgraded in calibration due to being on a bell curve and that I am at the highest end of the pay grade so they can’t give me a merit increase like I usually get. I feel like I am being punished for wfh due to medical condition and for going on maternity leave.

Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I wanted to hear from anyone who was also diagnosed as a young kid on any advice you have for me? Knowing what you do now, would you recommend meds for a 6 year old (if it comes to that)? What other solutions/therapies can I use with my kid? Please, any advice is welcome!
