What is the outlook on returning to travel at other companies? Back in August we announced no travel and 100% virtual implementations through EOY 2021.

I don’t ask to start the what’s too early vs. what’s panic & being overaggressive, I’m just curious :)

Anyone have suggestions on the best way to afford to stay at a Marriott property in Honolulu? Most of the properties looks a bit pricey

Would it be practical to look for an apartment 10-15 kms away if the office location is Marathahalli?
Location of choice would be hebbal, thanisandra, avalahalli and other similar ones.
Would it make sense to reside in such locations and travel to work?
Would like to hear from folk who are/have done the above?

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
