Thave offer of 11lpa. Asked them for 14-15lpa.
They told 14 itself not possible. After having 3-4 min of discussion came up with 13lpa. He said need approvals.

Today he sent CSI form and after few hours said 13 is not approved. I can give 12.5 or 12lpa. I rejected.

Is he taking advantage of the notice period, or cognizant cannot give 13-14lpa to my role.

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first.
