Got a call from tcs after interview to submit documents and asked for expected salary the amount i quoted they agreed at once it was not even 30% but the hr said not to resign yet and you will again get a call. Will they discuss salary again after documents approval or process the offer right away? In my documents form i quoted the expected nicely but havent heard from them after docs submission it has been 3 days. Does tcs negotiates the salary after getting issuing offer?
