AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

Default is the office in Arlington. I would not expect to work out of the DC office unless that came up in your discussions with the recruiter. You won’t know which AFS office or client site your project team works out of and how many days per week until you start and are staffed to a project. It could be anywhere in the Metro DC area (MD, DC, or VA). Expect it to change throughout your time at AFS as your project changes.
I lived in dc when I worked for them and the home office was Ballston as well. Is there an actual dc office? Haha. I just always assumed Ballston was it.
