JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

BS. I got SC with 5 yr exp. No B school. I am in Omnia, that might change things
Calling BS. Deloitte recruiters always like to bring people at a level below if they can. If you had no prior consulting experience that would be one thing but you are at ACN now so that is nonsense
Definitely BS. They have experienced hires come in all the time at SC. You’re at a level and have the experience to join as a SC too. Not sure why they’d lie about that but call them on their bluff.
Depends on the OP - each group has a CCG. I know plenty of experienced hires direct to SC. Chances are they’re trying to tell you that they don’t see you as an SC. If it’s really important to you then stick to your guns. But if the comp is right and this pivot is crucial for your career then just take it
D2 could you elaborate on those signs? Not saying you’re wrong, I’m just curious
For Strategy this is the case — to the best of my knowledge. Other profiles (like tech) are different.
Strategy and analytics is where I got an offer for
If the offer is not what you want, politely decline by letting the recruiter know that you cannot take the offer without what you are asking for, because deloitte defintely does hire people at sc level.
