Got an offer from LTI mindtree of a senior specialist a psedu leader ship role as per hr for 30% hike on my current ctc my current comp will promote me in 2 months with 40% ctc but its not a leadership role. what advise do u have for me ?

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?
