Is it a good offer? How is WLB?

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation.
