Hi fellow fishies!
Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Move out, hcl is trying to stay you. Did they gave you any proof of onshore movement? What will you do if they tell you that due to some reason they are unable to move you onshore? Most important what will you do onshore? Here you salary is increase 100% moving out. Move on, salary is your first priority not a trip to US.
Client itself has agreed and ready to put onshore opportunities in contract
28 lakh le lo , Canada mein itna nhi milega, ghar walo se milne ko 10 bar sochana padega.
Canada wala paisa India mein jaada hoga per wahan per woh CTC kaam hoga
I would personally take higher CTC and stay in India, moving abroad is a huge decision and if you have never been to canada before you don't know if you would like it there ..living alone away from family...
Where as being in India and earning higher ctc will be comfortable..
The weather in canada is also harsh..
I was in germany for 1 month, didn't like it there, later I denied onsite opportunity which was offered during my resignation..language was also a factor..but that won't be an issue for canada..
But ofcourse its your personal choice..
Weigh all the pros and cons and decide accordingly..

Then go for the offer if client is ready to bring u onshore and it's on mail then retain urself as onsite money is more

If you are sure about onsite go ahead with that. If you are not so sure move to a product based company
