What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Seems fair to me. Manager level?
Yes
Are you a manager at Deloitte only maling 120k? Also, with total compensation(bonuses etc.), you're guaranteed to make well over 200k a year. Take the job and run 🤣
USDC
Not sure how “fair” comes into it - it is an offer that you can take or not take 100% at your discretion.
In terms of dollars, the signing bonus and 2yr agreement isn’t that bad. You are getting a 60k annual increase, so if you quit in six months and have to pay back the 30k, you will essentially be in the same spot as today.
They would still be 30k ahead, they’d just give back the 30k they accepted and still have earned 30k more in salary
Deloitte USDC pay is sub par
I second this
Good offer for manager
If WLB is not a concern , join at this salary , then look for exit after about an year at $200k+ annual
D3 -Insurance ,Roles -PMO, Senior Manager
That’s pretty good
Annual bonus target at PwC? If you stay a year then 15k of the signing bonus will best, salary is great, and a bonus would basically have you well ahead. Y
Expect around 8-11%
