I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I'm a Business Analyst with over 10 years experience, been in the same company for the whole time, Currently, I'm below Average Industry standards by approx. 10% for my (current) role.

I have applied for internal job which is effectively one level above, meaning it would be a promotion.

I got the job, awaiting offer.

Average Industry Salary for the new role, according to online research,

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩

Is it the smart move to take a pay cut and clerk for a judge?

Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

Anyone want to talk about what they are expecting as a baseline % bump at the end of the year? I’ll go first, 20% minimum before considering performance which was a mix of exceptional / very exceptional; lol! I have good anecdotal evidence that the market easily supports this.
