Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it but I have the option of picking from offers between BCG and Mckinsey . I am coming in as an associate in Mck and a senior consultant at BCG. I've heard pros and cons for each company specifically BCG having better culture but more layoffs due to bench time versus McKinsey having a more cut throat culture but more stability. Curious to hear anybody's take on which of the two companies to pick? Full cash comp is basically identical. (BCG is 5% more)

I see lot of posts on hike and performance bonus.. Performance bonus is your variable pay right? Does big 4 really pay more than 100% variable pay!?

I have offer from Deloitte USI and KPMG global services. I am planning to join KPMG.. does KGS also pay good hike amd more than 100% performance bonus like deloitte?

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets.
