After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

So during your career and development talks with your manager or director you can talk about you aspirations to move abroad.
Everyone in amex is supporting of what your career aspiration is and considering that your manager will help you create a career plan in a way which will help you develop your skills in that direction and if an opportunity comes he/she will give a good recommendation as well for any opening.
The only catch is that only at band 35+ level you will be sent abroad for USA I am sure about. For other countries, you should talk to your manager and get a better idea.

Pretty difficult to move abroad. I've been interviewed so many times for roles in the UK and US. Reached the last stage where directors exchange feedback and then hiring manager comes back saying "the first round where you analysed some data, created a PPT and walked me through it- there were 10 insights in that data but you could only find 7. So we are not moving forward with your candidature". I find it difficult to take a move abroad from amex. You need very strong connections to succeed.

Do you have any ideas about positions like Product Owners and Product managers? Have you seen them moving to different countries within Amex?
I am asking this because I have an offer from Gartner to move into the product manager role but I am just willing to stay at Amex thinking I can get the same role here and after sometime I can try abroad.
