Need to recommend a hotel to my family who's visiting from the USA in a couple of weeks. They like to stay in local boutique type places and BnBs, not chains. Any suggestions?

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".
