Guys, how's the situation at Atlassian. Seeing lot of negative comments like no future planning from the management, another round of layoffs, no planning on AI. This was one of my dream companies. Can atlassian people please give us some details on this ?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.
