Yesterday in the middle of a horrible hangover.. someone’s unit decided to flood and caused some damaged to mine. With that being said with little to no explanation 5 dudes kept coming in and out of my apartment. The results being them leaving 3 fans and awful smell to my apartment.

I didn’t get a good sleep and now I have to work with these fans going on. I’m livid to say the least because I just asked how long this would be going on for and they said it could be

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Hello,

I moved to USA in 2017 on F1 visa. I was not selected for H1-B in the 3 years of my OPT. While my company is transferring me to Canada and can potentially get me back on L1 visa, the shifting situation is stressing me out. The thought of moving to another country in a couple of months is causing a lot of anxiety and tough luck with the lottery is making me feel depressed.

When I’m in a heated argument with someone close to me, I want to isolate from them and can be perceived as giving the silent treatment or being short.
