My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.

Sounds like a pretty chill manager trying to be encouraging
Is their in person demeanor opposite to how they portray in email. If so it is possible that they are being fake. However I use exclamations in my emails because it reflects my personality. I wouldn’t question it too much as this seems like a nice way to receive an email. It’s much better than being passive aggressive or someone who types things in all caps to get a point across.
OP, why you wound so tight? You are the problem.
Maybe I just want the action items and kpis, and I’ll get it done
