I am an SAP SD consultant with 5 years 3 months experience, working in IBM. My current CTC is 12.6 LPA fixed with variable. I received an offer of 25 LPA fixed+variable from Genpact. 3 lakhs joining bonus. Only issue is that it has been only 8 months with IBM and I need to return 1.5 lpa back to IBM. Is it worth joining Genpact?

But till now there is no response and it has been almost more than 2 weeks since 1st round completed. Is this usual with deloitte recruitment process, will they take long time for recruitment?

Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary). Any insights will be helpful!!

My concern is that do I need to serve notice period of 90 days or I will be relesed in few days as I am not tagged to any project. Requesting your responses if any. Thank You.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. Please provide your valuable insights.
