I want to understand my CTC Compensation, like how much is Fixed, how much is the PF/Gratuity/Insurance, and whether the Bonus is supposed to be part of our CTC or it's paid outside of our CTC?

How can I get all these details?

I left wipro and joined new company a month before. In new company's form 11 ita asking whether you have been part of epf and eps in last organization?
Epf i am sure i need to give yes. But what do i need to give for Eps? I am aware that wipro contributed 8.33% of pf to eps. Can i transfer that too?

I need some advice from you guys. When we joined a company they said bond is for 3 years. Now at the end of bond period they are saying bond is 3.6 and plus 3 months notice period. When we asks about that they are saying if you don't want experience and relieving letter you can leave. What can i do in this kind of scenarios. Please help me.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
