Need ur suggestion, I recently got offer from deloitte usi and while filling bgv they are asking for current employer manager /supervisor details. I joined my current company on 11th march only so, yes it's been a month only. I will exit from here smoothly by serving np. My concern is should I mention the correct manager details in deloitte bgv or shall give my friend contacts as manager. Will it create any bgv issue will they able to identify it

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
