Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?
Is it true that TCS rehiring their ex-employees?

I'm working in Salesforce tech, both are having good amount of projects. That's why it's difficult to decide
I am a SA in Cogniznat in SFDC domain. Wlb and work culture depends mostly on project and is not uniform across the organization.
So call or drop a mail to HR and ask whether you got pool hired or was hired for a specific project. Then you can research more on the project and it's general work culture if it is a project specific hiring. If it is pool hiring, just hope for the best. As per my experience here, I would say don't expect a cozy path and work culture is not that great either.
One great thing you can do is don't take the joining bonus and ask them to include the amount in your CTC. Because you have to return your joining bonus if you leave under 1 year and it will become a hurdle in future if you want to switch and get away from toxic work place.
