Guys Sharing the LTA - Hike Formula

= [ (New LTA amount shown) - (Old LTA for April and May) ] x 28.8

Calculation Logic after verification,

The amount showing in the LTA tile is for 12 months of current year. So to get

10 month LTA for new hike the formula is = Current LTA Shown - (LTA for April and May)

Now Multiply this number by 28.8 This is your new Fixed pay.
