Infosys Guys who work in amdocs.I am 2010 passout and got placed in infosys through campus plcmnt.I worked there for 3 yrs where I have 1.5 yrs of exp in dev and 1.5 in manual testing.after that I have a gap of 7 yrs.now I am working in a startup called apmosys.I have a friend in hr who said join amdocs and your 3 yrs infy exp will be counted.so my overall exp is 4 yrs and relevant manual testing exp is 2.5yrs.how much salary can I expect if i crack the interview at amdocs?Amdocs

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.
