Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! As per recent cognizant quarter results, it has 31% voluntary attrition & 5% involuntary attrition.
Involuntary attrition means indirectly layoffs but they haven't mentioned much about involuntary attrition..
This 5% is the last raters (that is 1). They have been let gone.
Since folks at the top are still there who didn't hesitate to lay off high numbers during relatively better times, I wouldn't even count theirs as an offer based on which I can resign. Good luck to you
Precisely
Hell no!! I have Cts Offer.. but did not drop papers based on that..
Have to tell them nxt week that I am not going to join..
Thanks for reminding 😅😅
Cognizant has very good job security now because of high attrition and i heard there are many new digital project in pipeline so u can consider joining
Bro.. Don't even think of to join cts
🥴
OP.. if you want to have a job.. dont join cts
Is layoffs happening currently at cognizant??
@capgemini 1 better perks outside. Then comes project allo, tech mismatch, work press. My seniors who left are earning double thrice than cts pay. And retaining offer was just shame.
I am also having an offer from CTS , having the same doubt as you but I didn't put down my papers. I continued giving the interviews.
I was also in same situation couple of months back .I resigned basis Cognizant offer and got multiple offer in Notice period.

Avoid CTS. They are masters in postponing the joining dates
Rising Star
Yes. If you are confident enough
I would say better avoid cts.
See CTS is very strict. They will never tolerate benchers either u get project or leave. In my 2yrs never heard firing infact their are no engineer headcounts for non digital project. Digital already full.
