How should I do it?
Should I drop an email to recruiter first or should I call her?
Also, what reason can I mention in email/call?

I’m looking for some advice and/or to vent a little. I’ve been looking for a sales job specifically to pivot into tech sales and I’m getting rejected non stop and it’s really starting to weigh on me and ruin my confidence.

The positives are, I’m actually getting interviews- about 5 so far, I get to the later/last rounds but can’t seem to close the deal. I’ve tried learning from each experience, and taking that as growth for the next interview but it hasn’t worked.
I have 7yrs total sales exp.

I have come for RTO after withdrawing resignation only to hear from the security guard that I'm TERMINATED from client end! I have not received a single mail on it. Rather, Accenture retained me for the same client's project. My AVP, Manager, HR all aware. They are telling I'm on Accenture payroll. I got a re on-boarding email from client end today too. TCS offered 20.5LPA (18 Fixed + 2.5 Variable) CTC C3B for 10.7 YOE SAP HANA.
Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.

My yearly income (post standard deduction+ 1.5 lacs 80c investment) is 650,000. (April 21- march 22).

I will also receive 2,00,000 joining bonus this month end.

Total income: 6.5 lacs + 2 lacs

Question:
1. Will 10% taxes(as per old regime slab) be deducted on 6.5 lacs and flat 30% be deducted on joining bonus?
Or
Only 10% Tax will be deducted on 8.5 lacs(6.5 + 2 lacs jb)?

2. Need suggestion to save tax on the above numbers.
