H1B: Got laid off while I was outside the country. Severance payroll will run for 3 months. Can I legally re-enter without my existing I-797 from Deloitte?
I-140 is approved more than a year ago. has told me I cannot travel. I would love to hear if you have any advice.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
