Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

Since I’m not licensed in the state where my SO is working, I’d like to keep my current job where I am licensed but work from the office Monday through Wednesday, drive to the neighboring state Wednesday night and work remote at my SO’s place Thursday-Friday. I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?
