Had a final round for Corp Strategy Dev Experience Manager role 3 weeks ago after which recruiter called to say they heard great feedback and that my salary expectations may be a bit high but need comparable offer to potentially match. After this haven’t heard back - recruiter messaged last week saying he’ll get in touch with team but then another week of ghosting. I see the role is still open - anyone know whats happening / if theres still a chance?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
