Had a hip injection today, hoping to keep me going until my hip surgery in Dec. My injection was scheduled this morning, but I took the day off. I'm so glad I did! Still hurting and very pinky. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Just glad I followed my instinct to take off the whole day. I guess if I'm doing sub plans for a half day, I may as well take the whole day. If you have to schedule a day out, do you take the whole day, even if you don't need the entire day?

How do y'all manage passwords ?? Esp absolutely critical ones e.g. coin markets etc..
