The surprising thing is they are providing training on Scala Programming language .I don't have any knowledge about Scala Programming, Slick and Postgresql. Is Scala developer having good future and demand. Can I better to try for other company to stay in java technology only. EY Infosys Cognizant

I would send one more follow up email. You may not be out of the running just yet. Recruiters have been really bad about ghosting lately though.
What was your last conversation with the recruiter 3 weeks ago? 6 weeks is a pretty long wait if you ask me. I know it takes 3-4 weeks nowadays because the processing takes longer now compared to the usual period. But 6 weeks is frustrating.
Never hurts to follow up.
I would send another email even to the hiring manager and ask for an update. Maybe the recruiter quit and you are stuck in limbo due to this.
It's unfair for them to expect you to put your career on hold. One more follow-up email and that should be that.
