Had L1 interview with Capgemini for .NET Full Stack (30 mins). After clearing L1, I was asked to submit UAN, PF passbook, and experience letters before L2 was scheduled.
Is this normal? Does this mean selection is almost confirmed, or are L2/HR rounds still pending?

This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.
