EY CPA license policy?
Hey guys, I have a questions about the EY cpa license policy.
I recently got approval of my cpa license in CA, but I work in EY assurance in another state. I received an email from compliance team, they said it's not compliance because I don't have active license in my practice state. Is this gonna affect my performance or anything?

Hi there - I am curious if anyone knows what total comp is usually for a PE Operations role with 2+ years of strategy consulting?

Obviously it depends on the shop but some ranges around cash (base+bonus) and equity ($5k per buyout is what I’m being offered) would be great

Precovid living with two roommates. One roommate has been living at the apt since lockdown. My other roommate and I would pay him a low electricity fee, since the ac is also keeping our things from getting destroyed from the heat and the WiFi since that’s a set monthly price. Now that electricity bill has increased due to warmer weather, if the bill was $140, any ideas on what the distribution should be? asking for suggestions, first time in this situation.

Hello my fellow shoal of fish. I am seeking recommendations for a lounge chair in my office. I currently have the adjustable stand desk and a relatively comfortable office chair (not when reclining) but the other half of my office is empty. Im putting in a 55” tv and need a recliner, lounge chair, or something of the sorts to put in front of the tv. Something where i can put my feet up. Conference calls are such a drag when i have to sit at my desk.

Repost - The % of the African American population killed by police in 2019 is roughly 0.0005%. It was 235 people. But around the same year 6,000 african americans were killed by eachother. How do we reconcile these facts? In 2013, 72% of african americans were born to single parent households; one of the strongest indicators of future poverty and criminal disposition. Can we acknowledge and fix instances of police brutality while also not ignoring our cultural problems as well?
