Recruiters, is it frowned upon for candidates to reach out to you on DM on Linkedin? Or does it show that they’re more interested than just submitting an application?

Need some advice. My pet had been eating his kebble food on a consistent basis. Then I introduced a bit of raw chicken into his kebble and loved having it even more.
