Coffee nap: drink a cup of coffee and then take a 20 minute nap. That’s how long it takes for caffeine to kick in.
B-12 supplements help, too, and they’re better than caffeine pills, which also exist. B-12 is the main ingredient in energy drinks, but I don’t care for the taste. The B-12 pills don’t taste great either, so make sure you have a chaser, not alcohol though, cuz alcohol is a depressant and will make you sleepy.

Binaural audio tracks for awake/focus. Make sure to use with both earbuds. If you don’t have headphones, look for isochronic tracks for awake/focus instead.
