Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

Production Companies in Mexico City

Curious to hear how others create a SOW for a video where the concept isn’t created yet. e.g. a startup asks for a proposal/estimate for a 60-second brand video with little input and a vague budget range. We’ll create the concept and produce it. My Co. seems to have challenges with getting the SOW right: either goes very basic or doesn’t scope enough because creative development is baked in but eats up time. How do you do it?

Do any Agency Producers feel stuck? We are called upon to find the impossible and make it happen on time and on budget. Find the perfect vendor/collaborator to work with. Be strategic, creative and logical all the same time. But recently as things are changing I just wonder if that role will go away or morph into something else. Anyone else feeling something similar? I feel stuck because the skills don’t seem transferable.

Do you know of any full time/freelance creatives who also direct commercials? Like, ones who cherry pick jobs they want to work on?

Is it wrong to work low budget favors from the small local production/post shop and never give them a chance at a regular budget job?
