Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

I received a call for interview from Deloitte. However I don't have all the skills/exposure mentioned in JD. Has anyone cleared an interview with similar scenario in big 4?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15.5 LPA+10% variable.
Fujitsu Consulting India is offering me 22 LPA fixed.

I am SAP EWM consultant with 5 Years of exp.

Deloitte's brand value will add a feather to the hat. But heard about its toxic WLB as well. Not aware of the role and project details though.

Fujitsu is offering me an Implementation role and its a long term project for Japanese Manufacturer.

I am currently serving notice of 2 months and left with 15 more days. Suddenly my HR contacts me that they want to relieve me in 2 days when it was agreed mutually at the time of resignation that they want me to serve full notice. I do not want an early release. What should I do now?
