Situation: i have a joining date of this month, which is less than my notice period and have another offer letter whose Joining date is after my lwd.

But the first offer is quite better than the second one and the HR of the first company is asking for LWD mail or proof, but I have that for next month.

What shall I say to HR ?

Recently I got an offer with good package, but the joining date is over.

So, By editing the joining date in that offer letter and I'm planning to showing it my current employer (MNC) for salary hike.
