Thank you for your reply! I'm assuming they're probably not as picky about the experience they require as well, especially if it's a "minimum 1-3 years" experience position. Hopefully other people can chime in and provide some further insight
I would apply and network like crazy. You just need a toe hold in a lower tier firm and you can move up from there. The first step is the hardest.

3 years ago I would have said no, but today? Maybe. What kind of work are you doing specifically, and what year of call are you?
Okay, I'll take a look at them as well and other regional firms.
I would recommend getting a good recruiter as well. I made the move from articling to a 1st year position and found it was very beneficial.
