I take zbiotics before drinking and Cheers after drinking for heavy nights. Honestly, id just stick to Cheers.
Also you generally still need to drink within reason.
Honestly, if you’re over 30-35 and are starting to need this stuff, it’s best to slow down.
Yeah agreed. Of course there’s that one night every once in a while you may have that you let loose. I suggest drinking electrolytes before and after. Lining your stomach with charcoal (you can order charcoal pills from Amazon) will absorb the alcohol will help, as well as eating prior to drinking. Taking the multivitamin before bed helps replenish your body with vitamins and minerals that were lost with alcohol. And of course, Tylenol or Advil before bed.
