I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. I’ve been in consulting for 6 years and am still struggling to find my tribe. This is lonely and depressing, but also career-limiting, as I have no senior sponsors. I feel like I should give up on consulting.
