Has anyone been suffering with the layoffs at this time of year….. we are feeling it from companies around us being laid off and loads of people looking for work, it’s not nice to see and having to wish them the best as we can’t take on everyone. I’m in the construction industry, as it’s very common and a fluid environment.

Please list companies who are firing people or asking them to resign so that we get a fair idea of which company to join?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
