It's not a bad idea to have narcan available widely.

Yay for Narcan everywhere it might be needed. It’s amazing- also innocuous if not needed.

Why are there opioid overdoses in Seattle libraries? Maybe that needs to be investigated first

So Microsoft 1. You would rather a human die than live because you don’t want then around? Just making sure you’re understanding what you are saying.

Common sense.

So?

My husband is a director of an inpatient rehab near Seattle and we are so glad that narcan is widely available. It’s not the injection , it’s the nasal spray so anyone can give it when it’s needed.

To answer your question…yes. Was there something else you were trying to express?

I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.

As we’re heading into the weekend, what are some things you do to recharge and give yourself a break?
