Has anyone CD level or above tried the following to get into top agency: applying for “just” a mid/Sr/ACD job, saying you just want to do the work again, roll up your sleeves, be in the trenches etc?

I’m interviewing for a job, but I’m getting a toxic vibes.
1. want me to relocate to NY but the supervisor is based in another state. Why am I relocating?2. commented on my outfit (a shirt and tie) for zoom and laughed that I dressed up for an interview
3. Said if I hadn’t reached out to someone on the team prior to applying, he would’ve declined my application for being outside NY.
4. asked my favorite movie and said “he fell asleep” during

I’m moving on to the next round. Am I overreacting?

Any feedback from anyone on number of pages in a resume: 1 page vs 2 page (which one you would prefer and why). I am applying for managerial roles at big4 and have 8 years of experience.

I am in a Jr Web Developer bootcamp and a Web Developer apprenticeship at a nonprofit and i am trying to get in a Google Software Engineer apprenticeship.
Is it a bad idea to use on my resume and LinkedIn the title Software Engineer for my current apprenticeship and headline?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. Has anyone had any experience with Water Street Partners for lateral recruiting? Reached out to me cold with a few ideas and I’ve had two follow up emails and a call with an MD at reputable banks, but it all seems very sketchy. For instance an “HR Specialist” reached out to me to set up a call, but when I look her up on LinkedIn she’s a IB VP.
