Has anyone else felt like they’ve lost their “spark”? I returned to work a few months ago after having my 3rd, and I just don’t feel any joy or interest at work anymore. I cry most nights thinking of getting up and having to complete just basic work tasks. I’ve never felt this way - my career has always been important to me. It feels like something in my brain chemistry just shifted after my last baby and I dread going to work. Am I just in a funk?

Transactional junior associate in biglaw. Working for a dedicated practice group rather than in an associate pool.
