In NY, we refer to our students as ENL or ELLs. While at an annual PD, we heard talk of changing the acronym to MLLs.

I've heard a lot of people are starting to use Emerging Bilinguals.

Today I got my offer letter from EY GDS. I have 2 yrs 9 months of experience. They're offering me the position of Software Engineer, rank 44, although I was senior systems engineer in Infosys. When can I expect to be promoted to senior software engineer in EY? When can I expect next hike?
