Has anyone else noticed a lot of fake buskers out and about? I've noticed a lot of people faking the violin and a few faking the guitar. They pretend to perform but it's just a track played through the speaker. Definitely not a fan of this trend.

I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
