Has anyone ever been asked to do an AI interview? Maybe I’m getting old, but the idea doesn’t leave a great taste in my mouth. The problem is I’m absolutely miserable at my current job and have been trying to GTFO for several months with no success (though I do have some early stages human interviews lined up). Should I put my reservations aside and just do the AI screener? Or is this going to be the new normal now and I shouldn’t have reservations in the first place?

This sounds weird. What if it becomes self aware?

Tbh this is what I suspect. Also being recorded and scrutinized while I’m taking to a bot rubs me the wrong way. But I can’t tell if I’m being too sensitive.

Have your AI agent take the interview.

Never heard of an AI screener … this like a phone call with AI?

The invitation was not clear… it could be a one-way recorded video call? (Based on other people’s anecdotal experiences)

I’d do the screener out of pure curiosity tbh. I’ve heard of these but never had someone actually do one and report back. And then you can make a decision after that based on your own and their feedback.

Sounds like a place that’s obsessed with AI.

Hello Folks!

During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.

Is it still happening there? Also, does anyone have a contact for them?
