Has anyone ever eaten at one of the restaurants at Eataly for a date night? Worth it or too touristy?

Yes. My two cents is it's good for a casual night out (i.e. not date 1-15ish). Not that it's touristy, but just doesn't have an intimate vibe since you are in the middle of a bustling store.

Thanks everyone - was perfect for a low key second date!

I’ve done that. We explored the store and then sat at the “bar”, in front of their stations. It was fun.

Yes and afterward go to broken shaker for a cocktail

The food is VERY tasty. I go with my SO often, but we do complain about the noise level. Then again I’m the person that complains that every single restaurant to too loud. Take what I say with a grain of salt.

like

Was a fun experience when I did that! As P1 mentioned, make sure you are a little more comfortable with your date before going there

Bar Sabbia is nice on the 2nd floor. A lot of cool options to pick from

I think it’s a “fun” date night - yes touristy but you can get wine and wander around to the different restaurants. Mixes things up a bit

Brigadeiro are scrumptious dulce de leche caramel bonbons, a beloved confection of Brazil. Brigadeiro is made from sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder which is heated in a saucepan until it thickens and becomes a sticky caramel. Once it cools, it is rolled into a ball and dipped in multicolored sprinkles.

The iconic bonbon was named after Brigadeiro Eduardo Gomes, a 1946 presidential candidate. It was created to win voter support. (He lost).

How to find a hobby?
24/m moved to a new city and I need to build a social cycle here.
I’m making progress, but I’m noticing that I don’t really have a hobby. Precovid travelling was my hobby but now that it’s gone I feel a little “lost”. I also loved going to the range but was diagnosed with epilepsy so I can’t anymore
I bought a car to go on roadtrips and hikes but it still gets a little lonely. Also noticing that a lot of my friends are starting to be in relationships so we spend less time tg

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Many thanks.
