Any idea why they want to have one more round after HR discussion?

I have an upcoming Product Manager interview with BCGDV. HR told me it would be a 45 minutes Zoom call with a Product Director. I’ve heard there’s no case interviews, but they’re pretty vague about what the interview is like. Can anyone share their BCGDV recruiting experience and how I can better prepare for it? Out of curiosity as a startup owner in the data analytics consulting space, what’s the line where an MBB or similar says no to a project budget wise? At what $$$ point does a company get turned away?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

Is it a good Idea to switch after 6 months if project is not suitable or should stay for longer?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.
